52 Weeks in the Ark with Noah and Family (WEEK 43) – The Art of Husbandry (Part 3): The Spiritual Covenant of Marriage (Wedding of the Lamb and His Bride)

“For to which of the angels did He ever say:

‘You are My Son,
Today I have begotten You’?

And again:

‘I will be to Him a Father,
And He shall be to Me a Son’?”

“But when He again brings the firstborn into the world, He says:

‘Let all the angels of Yah worship Him.’

But to which of the angels has He ever said:

‘Sit at My right hand,
Till I make Your enemies Your footstool’?

Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation?”

Heb. 1:5-6; 13-14

WEEK 43 (27th of Adar, the 12th Month, to 3rd of Nisan, the First Month, in the Hebrew Religious Calendar)

The Planting of the Seeds

Creation week began with the miraculous birth of creatures that would populate and decorate the Earth, along with the celestial system that would complete the whole cosmos we call the Universe. But we have seen what happened and how living creatures were kidnapped by wicked angels who corrupted the Earth and changed the laws and processes that were originally established by the Creator. And if it took supreme power to create all things, we can imagine how much power the fallen angels and their hybrid children wielded to be able to bring such chaos in the lives of humans and all of Creation.

Marriage, Then and Now, is the Physical and Spiritual Union of Man and Woman, Beings of Flesh and Spirit

The first step Yah took to correct the Fall of Adam and Havah and the succeeding grievous rebellion led by the Watchers was to redeem them from sin and death through the Promised Seed. Yes, as Elohim had planted seeds of various forms and nature, He would plant The Seed that would bear a new and much better kind of beings that will mirror Their Divine Nature for Eternity. Nevertheless, we already said this was the original plan using the seeds they had planted in Creation and through the process of the union of human seeds under the Covenant of Marriage. A Plan B had to be unfolded in order to permanently undo the destruction the Nephilim hybrids had unleashed and spread all over Creation.

The Miraculous Conception of Yahusha through Mary Conceiving of Ruach

Plan B required the same process of birth the First Adam went through. Hence, Yahusha, Who is the Promised Seed and the Only Begotten Son of Yah, was conceived and born of Ruach as a human through a virgin in Bethlehem, the town of King David in Judah.

This physical birth reflected the same birth that every human goes through to become part of this Creation – yes, you and I and all those who were born and will be born on the Earth. That is, in the organic way — neither in the un-organic way the Nephilim hybrids were born nor in the inorganic way certain present and future sub-humans will be born through advanced technology. Those who think this sordid possibility exists only in fantastic sci-fi tales or theoretical, conspiratorial narratives run like horses that only see and follow the while lines on the road and nothing else. They, like war-trained horses, would run straight into battle without any regard to any danger around them.

The Ark as a Picture of a Pregnant Mother

In general, animals are our friends to feed us, serve us, and protect us in many ways. Still, we have seen how animals were and are being used to lead us to danger, death and destruction throughout history. WEEK 43 is the first in 10 weeks before Noah and family exit the Ark. With all the animals with them, the family lacked nothing in terms of food they could have provided (eggs, milk, butter and cheese, perhaps), as well as lifting heavy loads while traversing back and forth the length of the Ark. Noah must have been warned and trained how to handle and to care for all kinds of animals. Still, there must have been that unexpressed and unexplained tension between clean and unclean animals which we have neglected to consider all this time. We often think Noah’s work simply meant segregating animals according to their kinds and to avoid violent or unnecessary conflicts among them. 7 pairs of goats or cows would hardly have lived through a year inside the Ark without feeling any discomfort or causing any problems for Noah and family. And not to mention the unclean animals, such as horses, lions, rabbits and monkeys!

Yet, with the ground already dry, why did Yah still keep Noah and the animals inside the Ark? What was out there that prevented them from going out and venturing upon the land for fresh food, fresh water, fresh air and sunlight? Could it have been because Yah was protecting them all from some unknown force, evil or malady that had to be dealt with for another 70 days before it was safe for all to face the new world? It took 40 days and nights to flood the Earth; why take 70 days to stay confined in the Ark when the Flood had ceased, the ground was dry and the Sun shone? The only thing we can think of is that the plants were only starting to shoot up from the ground and trees growing leaves and bearing fruits. Letting go of the animals could have been premature as they might have prevented plants from growing into full maturity and, thereby, nourishing animals more efficiently. With still limited or scarce fields of grass available, for instance, after the recent cataclysmic events, the big number of livestock, beasts and fowls wanting to feed on grass and shrubs might have caused not only havoc among the animals but also upon the environment that was not ready to sustain the needs of all living beings.

Like a pregnant woman going through physiological changes in order to nourish the infant she will deliver, the Ark remained closed in preparation for the regrowth of vegetation that will nourish its occupants. Yes, Noah and family would be finally eating animals when they come out; however, Yah first had to make sure there was enough plant food for both humans and animals to restore or rejuvenate their bodies into their former health. Therefore, this could have meant Noah was trying to train animals to remain vegetarians; for the command to eat meat was only given to Noah and family. For again we say: All the clean animals originally ate plant food; and it was the Nephilim that taught unclean animals to eat flesh which required killing and shedding blood. (Gen. 9:1-7)

The Ark Rested for 70 Days More Before the Doors Were Opened: Final Days of Purification? (c/o Google)

Why Noah Waited for 70 Days More inside the Ark

Surely, the land had become so fertile from all the organic materials and mineral substances brought along by the floodwaters. This must have helped to enrich the ground and prepare it for the resurgence of fresh vegetation for the hungry lot eagerly waiting to be released into their long-withheld freedom. Not just for animals but also for the humans. Yes, they had enough remaining food to last for another 2 to 3 months or beyond; but the scenery around them must have told them to be patient until all things were set for the Earth’s – and their – rebirth. For aside from the 4 pairs of humans, the animals were already eager to unload into the world the new fruits of their bodies they had reproduced during the 10 months they had been in the Ark. Think of the sheep, the rabbits, the birds and the bees. (Pun intended, of course.) As we can see, we are no longer talking only of 7 pairs of clean animals and 1 pair of unclean animals but many more.

Three days after plants were created, the animals were created. We assume the plants were mature enough to feed mature animals even if there were not that many of them. But did Elohim create and plant only one seed of every kind of grasses and shrubs from which all others of each kind came from? And one pair of goats from which all others came from? We begin to wonder how complex Creation truly is and how it really began – and how it was rebuilt and replanted after the Flood. In short, the Earth was having a rebirth of its own. And so, Creation had to suffer birth pangs as well before it could have a fresh start. Noah’s story, as we have shown over and over again, is no mindless nursery tale but the most-compelling and most-mysterious story we can ever think of, next to the coming final and fulfillment events that will complete the whole Creation Narrative.

The Book of Hebrews and the Promise of Our Spiritual Inheritance

The work of Noah and the work of the Son of Yah are ultimately tied to one another. Paul expresses this clearly in the beginning of his letter to the Hebrews with the following verses:

Yah, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds; who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, having become so much better than the angels, as He has by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.

     – Heb. 1:1-4

He talks about the Creation and how Yah “upholds” or sustains it by His power; and, most importantly, Paul also talks about the appointment of His Son as “heir of all things”. Here is an ancient mystery we must consider. We know the Son was with the Father when Elohim created all things, as the verse says so. But He was not begotten yet; nor was He a Son. He was yet a Promised Seed even after the Fall – also the Promised Son and Promised Savior. And, of course, the Promised Heir of All Things! Paul still points to the future of us all.

Noah would embody this prophecy about the returning King Who sits in Heaven. For in a similar way, Noah was rebuilding the Earth; and in order to do that, he had to inherit it the same way Adam had been given dominion over it. Only then could he have claimed it as his possession he could give to his children and their families. The Flood was part of Plan B to redeem humans in order to save and cleanse the world for the inheritors of the Promised Seed. That is, for us to inherit the Promised Seed’s blessings as well, we must also receive Him so that fruits can be produced and reproduced through us. And just as Adam and Havah, as well as Noah and family, received Creation as gifts from Yah, we will likewise inherit the coming New Earth and New Heaven if we remain good stewards of the material and spiritual gifts given to us now and in the future.

Becoming One with Yahusha through Faith (Rom. 6:1-8; 1 Cor. 6:15-17)
The Oneness of Yahusha and the Ekklesia or Kingdom of Believers (John 17:22-23; Eph. 4:1-6)

Marriage as the Culmination of Divine Plan for Creation

How do we inherit the promised eternal inheritance? When we endure to the end by upholding the teachings of Yahusha through Ruach living in us that we may bear His spiritual fruits in our life. Reproducing the Perfection and Abundance of the Creator has never ceased in this Divine Art of Husbandry. In fact, the ultimate event will be the Marriage of the Promised Inheritor of All Things – that is, the Lamb of Yah – with His Pure Bride, those who have believed and lived by His teachings. For the Bride will own nothing, unless the Groom gives it to her. What He inherits, in fact, He will present to his Bride at the Great Marriage Feast in Heaven. Just as the Son, as the firstborn from the dead, received everlasting glory and honor, the Bride will also receive Eternal Glory, Eternal Honor and Eternal Life. This is the whole predestined purpose of the Divine Art of Husbandry incorporated within the Divine Covenant of Marriage.

The Earth as the Son’s Footstool

All these will come to pass when all of Yah’s enemies will have become His footstool. As it was with Noah, a great and final cleansing of the Earth must occur in order to eliminate the beings who are corrupting Creation today. With Noah still locked inside the Ark, obviously, he could not establish his dominion over Creation by stepping upon it and claiming it for Yah. So it will be for the Son of Yah. Until all things are cleansed by Him and His hosts of angels at the last day, He will not receive it from Abba. (Heb. 2:8) Whether 70 days or 70 years, the completion of the work of Spiritual Husbandry will only happen according to Yah’s timeline and will.

When you pray down on your knees, you claim the Earth for the coming King. We act as His feet, legs and arms grabbing territories for His possession, one tract at a time. We prepare the Earth and the beings upon it for His return by releasing the Seed of the Word within us and nurturing those seeds with loving care. We serve as faithful husband-people, acting like the coming Divine Husband and delivering the lost from the darkness of this world by feeding them with His nourishing Word of Truth.

The Coming Everlasting Marriage of Yahusha and His Bride (Eph. 5:25-32)

The Mystery of Marriage is revealed through the coming union of the Savior and His people at the last day. (Eph. 5:25-32) There will be a great and joyful Marriage Feast in Heaven. The Table and the Food are being made ready by the Groom. All the Bride must do is to cleanse herself and remain free from the corruption of the world. Only the pure and righteous can enter the Holy Lamb’s Feast and dine at the table. Everyone was and is a seed: for good fruits or evil fruits, for eternal fruits or perishable fruits. Our first parents planted the seed of the Fruit of the Knowledge of Good and Evil upon the world by eating. We all partake of it everyday. But if we eat of the Fruit of Life, its seed will grow in us as well. The Promised Inheritor planted that Seed Himself by His Word and His own Life. Without that Seed (Gospel of Truth) and its Fruit (Ruach) living in you, your place at the Heavenly Feast will not be assured.

Conclusion

Yahusha Reads from Isaiah (c/o YouTube)

The passage from Isaiah’s book that Yahusha read when He began His ministry talks about this “planting of Yahuah“. He was literally planting the Seed of the Word — Who was Himself, thus:

“The Ruach of Adonay Yahuah is upon Me,
Because Yahuah has anointed Me
To preach good tidings to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives,
And the opening of the prison to those who are bound;
To proclaim the acceptable year of Yahuah,
And the day of vengeance of our Elohim;
To comfort all who mourn,
To console those who mourn in Zion,
To give them beauty for ashes,
The oil of joy for mourning,
The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness;
That they may be called trees of righteousness,
The planting of Yahuah, that He may be glorified.”

The Great Husbandman awaits His harvest eagerly. Will He receive glory through your life and your fruits? Let it be so.
